I’m Shah Talha Sohail. I build businesses and initiatives around problems worth solving — from flood relief and a student-built race car to electric mobility made in Pakistan.
I didn’t begin with a master plan. I began with something in front of me that needed doing, and learned to keep going.
2010
The first step
When the floods came, we started collecting.
After the 2010 floods in Pakistan, a few of us took donation boxes to the streets. We made “I Am Pakistan” wristbands and sold more than 10,000 to support relief work. I learned that you can start before you feel ready — and that people will join in when the purpose is clear.
A simple wristband became a shared cause.

NUST Formula Student
We built a car before we knew how hard it would be.
At university, we set out to build Pakistan’s first Formula-style student race car. The early years were a lesson in what we didn’t know. We came back each season, fixed what we could, and tried again. In 2015, we finally cleared scrutineering and raced at Silverstone.

First employee
Eikon7
Built with blood, sweat, and years of work.
Eikon7 was Shayan’s startup. I joined as its first employee and built Eikon7 Pakistan from the ground up. Shayan has been my partner in everything I do.
Helping Pakistani businesses reach global markets.
I co-founded Trademor and lead it today. Since 2017, we’ve helped Pakistani businesses sell internationally through Alibaba.com, building a team focused on sales, service, and long-term client relationships.
We started Mode Mobility to design and build original products in Pakistan. That meant years of research, learning how to make things at scale, and building the production setup around the product. In January 2025, we launched the C-Series — a homegrown electric motorcycle — and it sold out. Mode now continues with a new team; I’m grateful for everyone who helped get it moving.

A room for builders
Pull Up A Chair.
A small, fortnightly gathering for people building something and trying to work through a real problem.
No pitch decks or lectures. Just an honest conversation around a table with people who have been through it — and one useful next step to take away.
